YouTube Creator Studio App for iOS – iPod iPad iPhone

YouTube introduced a new app that is really exciting. It’s called Creator Studio, and it works on the Android and IOS devices. All you need to do is go to the app store, click on it, and download this to your device where it will go to your desktop as an icon.

This really brings some great things to the table. First, just from a quick navigation, you can see all the items on your dashboard like: views, minutes watched, and subscribers that you have had in the last 28 days. You can even go into more detail if you click on the View More button to see it is graph form.

It only takes a few clicks to get back by the Dashboard button to see recent uploads and comments. But the one that I am most excited for is to see the comments that are posted on your channel, and also your video and corresponds back in that section of the Creator Studio under the Community Section on your channel.

If you want to reply to something, it is easy to do now. It does get a little tricky when you need to call them out, especially with the + button. That is the only downside to that, but we take what we can get. Once you’re done with that, you can go ahead and click in the upper right-hand corner for post, give a big thumbs up, trash it, or you can report it for spam.

If you click on the upper left-hand corner, there are a couple of things that I can tell you. You can literally see all of your videos that you have uploaded. You also have a little search area that you can search for a video and so on. Another thing is the little settings you can click on to sort with. This starts by most viewed or see your analytics on the Dashboard when you go to the More button. There is also a YouTube app or the Capture app that allows you to immediately launch that program.

Now, this won’t do you any good unless you have some videos on your channel. I have downloaded this app and I really love the push notifications. It is a really great start and I think that YouTube will have more in-depth features coming in the near future.
