YouTube Collaborations – The Fastest Way to Grow an Audience on YouTube

The #1 thing people ask my advice on is how to get more exposure on their channels. The content is there, but the viewership is not. A great way to grow an audience on YouTube is to do collaborations.

Something people misunderstand about fellow YouTubers is that they are NOT competition! If you find fellow YouTubers who do similar content to yours, ask them to collaborate, and it will only help your exposure because you are targeting the same audience who is already interested in what you offer.

One good rule to follow when collaborating is the one-for-one rule. You do one video highlighting your collaborator, then they do one featuring you. Challenges, contents, and guest hosts are other great ways to collaborate and keep your viewers intrigued and engaged.
