How to Delete your Google+ Account

Are you wondering if you can delete your Google Plus account but at the same time keep your Gmail and YouTube? Some people love the Google+ features while others feel that it takes too much maintenance and attention. To stay in control, here is a simple way to remove your Google+ from your account.

• Sign in to your Google+ Account.
• Click your picture in the upper right corner to Account Settings.
• Scroll to the very bottom and click Delete your Google+. Two options here are to delete just Google+ or delete entire Google profile. If you delete your profile, it cannot be restored.
• Check to make sure you are unfollowed on Buzz, Google Reader and other Google products.
• Click Remove Selected Services.

And that is all you have to do! Now, since your focus is only to delete your Google plus account, your Google+ access is removed but your Gmail, YouTube, and other Google services will remain untouched. And that is all there is to it.
