Wondering how to connect your Google+ page with your YouTube channel? Then, this is the place you want to be. Combining these accounts will open up a lot of possibilities for you. Here are a few changes that will be available:

  • Integrations with hangouts on air.
  • Social integrations.
  • Change the name of your channel.
  • Share private videos to specific Google+ circles.
  • Manage multiple YouTube channels from one account.
  • Have multiple managers and keeping your information private.

As you can see, the list just goes on and on with all of the new possibilities that are now available and I am going to show you exactly how to do it with just a few easy steps.

First, make sure you are logged in to YouTube. Mouse up to the upper right-hand corner to open and click down on the ‘Settings’ button. This opens up the Overview Settings in YouTube which shows you your account information.

Next, click on ‘Advanced’ and it will open up and show you your account information with different options to delete or make the channel private. The next thing you will see here is the blue button that says ‘Connect with a Google+ page’. If you already have a Google+ page created, then you can select which page you want to attach to your YouTube account. If you still need to create a Google+ page, YouTube makes is super easy to create one simply click and put in the page name and agree to the page terms. This links it all together! Now that your channel’s updated, you have 14 days to decide if you want this to stick or not.
