How to Get FREE Trueview Video Ads for Your YouTube Channel

YouTube is full of fun and interesting things, but a lot of you out there never hear about them. Let me ask you this… did you know that YouTube would like to give you a free ad to promote your YouTube channel? That’s right! A Free Channel Ad.

Not many people know the little ins and outs of YouTube, or even get to take advantage of great things like this. And because of that, I am here to tell you exactly how to get your very own channel ad from YouTube for free!

YouTube is offering its creators a great opportunity to really promote their YouTube channel and get more subscribers. To take advantage of this awesome offer, mouse up to the upper right-hand corner. Click on the Avatar icon and then down to Creator Studio.

Once you click into Creator Studio, you will need to click on Channel‒ where underneath this you will see Featured Content. Now, this will show your featured video, and that you can have it displayed at different times throughout your video that is playing.

What you are able to see now is Channel Ad. This used to be called Fan Finder. Select your Channel Ad, agree to the terms and conditions, and allow your channels to participate in this program. Click Accept and your Ad will be used as TrueView Advertising which works by finding subscribers‒ by using it in their algorithms to see how often they serve those Ads. You will find this to be very effective. Besides, you can’t beat the ‘Free’ part of it… right?
