During the past few years Google has wanted integration with all of their Google properties like YouTube, Google Drive, Gmail, and Picasa to combine with Google+. There are thousands of people out there confused at all the reasons of why Google is “encouraging” their users to do this.

For those of you that do not have a Google account, you have nothing to worry about. All you need to do is create an account by filling out the information to create a Google Plus account. But for those of you that have an existing Google account and want to change it into a Google+ account, just keep reading and I will help you with the changes and it will be easier than you ever thought to create a Google Plus account.

It is a lot easier than it may seem. Just start by logging into your old Google account. By clicking on the upper right-hand corner, click on the arrow that says Join Google+ and click the button. This is where you are going to create your public profile. This will automatically add your picture to Picasa Web Albums when you click the Upgrade button. By doing this upgrade, you have the ability to now search for people to attach to your own Google+, celebrities, politics, etc. Find what you are interested in and Google+ will make sure you have news feeds about your interests. By clicking on the Finish button, your new Google+ profile is now created.

A great deal of people out there feel that Google’s relentless crusade to make Google+ the hub of YouTube and all of their other entities a problem for concern. This is an obvious benefit to Google’s social network in hopes of attracting more users and further cementing their relationships.

It may seem overwhelming to keep up with Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter. Really though, Google+ is different because it is basically the center of the Google infrastructure…or the core of the Googleverse.

Now while using Google+, it is going to change what you see in your Google search and it will show you what you like, what you watch, who you’re connected to, and will integrate with YouTube and all of the Google’s properties.

Google’s main goal here is to better help users connect with friends and family while exploring your interests in hopes of becoming better for their users. And will all that Google has to offer, it certainly is worth the time to check it out.
