How to Translate Comments on YouTube Videos

Uploading videos to YouTube appeals to a global audience where many different languages are spoken. In fact, there are about 70% of them living outside of the United States which makes it important for you to be able to reach your global audience. YouTube has a great tool that most people don’t know about that can actually translate comments on YouTube for you with just the click of a button.Simply look for the Translate Button underneath the comment and it automatically translates for you. It may not be a perfect translation, but it is good enough that you can actually understand what is being said.

When you see comments and you want to respond back to the person, it is really easy to do so. Google has made this completely possible and in the future I believe YouTube will offer this tool as well. Just type your message into Google Translate, copy your response and paste it into the comment box on YouTube. Now, I would assume that YouTube will also have that functionality in the future where you will be able to translate right on the fly.

You will be amazed to read the comments from people around the world. This will not only make your video accessible to those that are global, but it will improve your ability to reach out to others that speak a different language.
